Packaging & POS

Each Gabriela Seres piece is packed with the same care and precision with which it is created. Our packaging system is designed to protect handcrafted glass during transport while maintaining the elegance and consistency of our atelier presentation.

Product Packaging

Most items (up to approximately 500 mm in height) are packed in a CO3 box — a fully printed black rigid box with the Gabriela Seres logo and a product label. Each CO3 box is then placed into a larger CO5 shipping box for additional protection.

Inside, the glassware is wrapped in white waxed paper and kraft honeycomb paper to prevent scratches and absorb shocks. More fragile pieces, such as candelabras or multi-part designs, are secured in special protective foam that warms and molds itself around the object, taking its exact shape for maximum stability and cushioning.

Larger objects or multi-arm candelabras are packed either in custom-made wooden boxes or mounted directly on a pallet, safely strapped, wrapped, and labeled for international transport.

POS & Presentation Materials

Our retail and professional partners may request POS materials — such as digital brand assets, story cards, collection descriptions, or atelier images — to support the correct presentation of Gabriela Seres in boutiques, showrooms, or online stores.

These materials are offered complimentary to official partners and may also be included with large or ongoing orders. They are designed to ensure a coherent and elegant brand experience across all retail environments.

Labeling & Identification

All CO3 boxes are labeled with the product name, SKU code, and Gabriela Seres logo. Larger shipments packed in wooden boxes or on pallets include packing lists and product identification labels for efficient tracking and inventory management.
